  • 1 1/4 cup of mashed ripe bananas
  • 1 tbsp canola oil
  • 1/3 cup nonfat, skim milk
  • 1 tsp of lemon juice
  • 2 tsp vanilla

 

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 350°
  • Mix lemon juice and milk then let it stand for five minutes
  • Blend all dry ingredients
  • Put oil, vanilla, and milk mixture into mashed bananas. Make sure to mix well.
  • Pour the banana mixture into the dry ingredients then stir.
  • Get a sticky pan and pour the batter.
  • Bake for forty-five minutes.
